A new blog and a new goal
Welcome to the first entry in my blog. For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to start a blog on my website. Like my website I'm sure I'll use it for a while then totally abandon it. Hopefully I'll keep it up for a while.
What I am using this blog for in the the first place is to keep track of my goals. In this instance I am going to keep track of some cycling goals. I set a goal of riding 500 miles in 5 weeks. Which will hopefully get me in good riding shape for my first mountain bike in June and a day or two of RAGBRAI. I'm not actually starting the ticker in this until June 1st. Hopefully by the 4th of July I'll have my 500 miles in. Anyone else want to join me for 500 miles in 5 weeks?
